Organic this, all-natural that—Is this just the latest
fad or do I need to pay attention? What is organic and why does
it
matter? Simply put, an organic product is one that was produced
without the use of pesticides. When talking about clothing, it
also means the fiber, yarn or cloth used to make the garment
was not bleached with toxic chlorine. Natural dyes are used,
as well
as healthier, more environmentally safe details like nickel-free
snaps and buttons made of natural materials.
When it comes to our children, especially infants, less pesticide,
fertilizer and chlorine bleach is definitely better. Unbleached
fibers are also stronger and create softer, more durable items.
It wasn’t long ago that you had to go hunting online to
