Scholarships of $5,000 will be awarded to two deserving high school seniors in five categories, including:
All high school seniors with asthma who will graduate in the 2009 school year and hold a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale are eligible. All applications must be received, by mail, no later than April 30, 2009. (Recipients will be notified in August.)
